Metal Photo Etching

Metal Photo Etching

In the metal photo etching process, we create artwork then the plate is then exposed in UV light that allows the areas of resist that are in the clear sections of the film to be hardened. After exposure, the plate is "developed", washing away the unexposed resist and leaving the areas to be etched unprotected.

This process is a great alternative to mark thin sheet metal for tags or label when a mass quantity is needed. We can also do replica 1 off pieces for your damaged or replacement part. We have various colors and thickness of material.
